Dry Fruit

The macadam or macadamia nut is native of walnut trees from Queensland, Australia. The nut owes its name to Dr. John Macadam, an Australian chemist and medical doctor, who helped identify it. Its oil is full of health benefits, but the nut alone is also very useful for complete body nutrients. If you didn’t already know about this nut, it’s time to try it out and maybe even include it as a regular in your diet.
