Green Tea Herbal Tea
Temperature and duration of infusion influence antioxidants in the tea we drink. To get the most benefits, brew green tea in leaves for at least 2 minutes at 194°F (90°C). The longer green tea is brewed, the more powerful its antioxidants will be. It’s best to drink tea, just like this one, without milk, especially when it’s not skimmed; it will decrease the potency of the tea’s antioxidants. Green tea contains approximately twice as much antioxidants as black tea.
