Blackcurrant Leaf Infusion

Herbal Tea

It’s advised to pick the blackcurrant’s young leaves, fresh and green, until they take on a fluffy appearance, so early in the spring. The fruit will be all the more beautiful, if of course you protect some of them from the Sun. Their drying-out process is done in thin layers, softly baked at 122°F (50°C). Then enjoy these decoctions two to three times a day, but never in the late afternoon to avoid any disruptions to a good night’s rest.
