Albert, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
While running my previous restaurant “Waikiki Beach” in St. Martin, with the Chef, I began working on a new eating concept based on better health for the consumers and less damage to our Planet. It was created to adapt to the modern American lifestyle, whether you are on the run or dining in. We came up with Gaia Therapeat and started preparing the business plan. Before moving to Florida to build the first Gaia Therapeat, we were struck by hurricane Irma and we lost not only Waikiki Beach but also most of our property and belongings.
